So you know that they are going to obey to a "T" everything that you are going to tell them to do. So this is why, once we transmit this slowly, this particular emotional value, which is so important - see, nobody knows how much this hurts this person. Their father or mother couldn't begin to tell them how much it hurts. Only they know.

 

 So you know how important it is. And now you know what it mens then in the course of achieving these low brain wave frequency levels. When we do, we are able to ventilate other impediments that were already registered in your brain.

 

 Now they are working with a lot less friction. Now they are able to enhance these particular emotions to where, if it was so much of a desire, now it is intensified, because there is less friction that surrounds it. It has been allowed to expand, shall we say.

 

 The moment that we get down to the ideal level for programming, and go ahead and relieve the programming for that particular emotion of their's - the need to get well - you know that the brain immediately is going to order the correct distribution of body chemistry to rectify any abnormalities - mental or physical - that may exist.

 

 In other words, it is going to allow an interruption of the present pattern that is taking place, and allow nature to take its course.

 

 And the only course that nature can take is to normalize things.

 

 That's to cure, of course.

 

 Now if on top of that we apply a strong programming at a particular ideal brain wave frequency level of programming, this is where biological remission occurs.

 

 See how important it is to do more than close their eyes, sit back and listen.

 

 They are supposed to close their eyes, sit back, and start imagining, visualizing, and working.

 

 This is why it is important that the Long Relax is going to establish points of reference throughout your body. And any other points of reference that you are going to establish that you have need of.

 

 That's why visualization and imagination must be exaggerated while going through the exercise.

 

 If you are going to relax your scalp, what would be an exaggerated, imaginative way of relaxing your scalp?

 

 Well, let's just imagine that it droops right over your eyes and everything, as though something was melting.

 

 Then you droop your shoulders, droop your head - help your body.
